Si sono svolti nella notte di ieri gli iHeartRadio Music Awards 2016, presentati dal ballerino Jason Derulo in quel di Inglewood, in California.

Tra i tanti artisti in competizione nella serata a uscire vincitrice nella competizione globale è stato di sicuro Taylor Swift, che si è portata casa il premio come miglior album, miglior tour e migliore artista femminile, quindi categorie decisamente pesanti.

Nel corso della serata degli iHeartRadio Music Awards 2016 ha vinto anche il suo compagno Calvin Harris. Importanti anche le vittorie di Justin Bieber, che si è portato a casa il trofeo come miglior artista maschile, quello per il brano dance grazie alla collaborazione con Skrillex e Diplo – ovvero Where Are U Now – nonché il riconoscimento per i miglior fan, i cosiddetti Beliebers.

Meno soddisfacente la prova di Adele, che ha trionfato solo grazie al singolo Hello, giudicato il migliore dell’anno; stesso discorso per Lady Gaga, che si è aggiudicata la colonna sonora grazie alla canzone Til It Happens to You, nella quale si era esibita anche agli Oscar.
